The hotel reserves the right to enter the guest room at least one time per day (even with a Do Not Disturb posted) to ensure proper cleanliness and condition of the room for the suitability, comfort and well-being of yourself and others.

Security Measures: (a) Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. (b) Confidentiality: Our staff is trained to handle your personal information with the utmost confidentiality. 6. Your Choices: (a) Opt-Out: You have the option to opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us. You can do so by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails. 7. Smoking: The Guest understands and agrees that there is absolutely no smoking, no vaping or any other type of smoke contamination anywhere inside the three story building including balconies and patios, courtyard, lobby and in all of our non-smoking rooms. Guests will incur a $200.00 cleaning fee by smoking or contaminating with any type of smoke a non-smoking room and agrees to be charged on the form of payment provided.
WARNING: Designated smoking areas in this establishment can expose you to tobacco smoke, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For additional information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/hotels.
Pet Policy: We understand that your pet is part of your family, and we would like to welcome you and your entire family to the Ontario Airport Inn. As a pet owner we need to inform you, the hotel requires a daily $25.00 fee for each pet and a $100.00 deposit. The $25.00 daily fee is non-refundable. Guest will incur a $200 fee if an unregistered pet comes into the property or rooms. Only dogs are accepted as pets, any other animal is prohibited. There is a maximum of two pets allowed per room, and the pet must be 20 lbs. or less. Unfortunately, we are unable to give the extended stay rate to guests staying with pets, since our housekeeping staff is required to service these rooms on a daily basis and due to the cost of the required cleaning after the guest checks out. Please ensure that your pet remains supervised at all times and is never left unattended (even if in a pet crate / carrier / kennel). This is not only for the safety of our employees, but also for your pet's safety and to avoid any accidents or damages to the guest room. Keep in mind the noise level of your pet, so not to disturb other guests. Your pet may go to the restroom on the North West lawn, along the freeway side (not in the courtyard lawn area) and please pick up after your pet. Remember, a leash is required at all times while on the property. By introducing a pet to the property, guest accepts all charges incurred in relation to the pet.
Fire proof safe: Service subject to a signed agreement and approval by management. Ontario Airport Inn does not assume any responsibility for items and there is no warranty expressed or implied in any way.
Identification: Guest must provide valid photo ID and payment upon check-in and guest is required to show proof of legal age to enter into a legal agreement. Credit Card holder must be present at time of check-in or extending with corresponding government issued identification. Documents that qualify for special promotions must match the name on the identification of the primary guest on file and need to be presented upon check in. No photo copies of ID or required documentation are accepted.
Payment:Upon check-in, your card issuing bank will place a hold on your debit or credit card for room & tax charges, plus a $50.00 deposit for incidentals for the entire stay. This hold will not be released by the issuing bank for up to five (5) to seven (7) business days after your departure. In the event that you do not settle your account subsequent to your departure, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what you owe. Must be 21 or older to pay with cash. A standard credit card or debit card (not a prepaid, reloadable or a gift card)is required to guarantee your room and by providing the credit card as a form of payment you agree to all charges related to your stay including extra charges, fees and charges for damages in addition to room and tax. Credit card used must be present at the time of checking in or extending with a valid Identification matching the name on the credit card. When extending or paying for a late check out, all payments must be paid before 12:00pm in person on the checkout date or late payment fees apply. If accepted, prepaid cards and reloadable cards are accepted as cash and require a $50 deposit, we reserve the right to decline the use of prepaid cards, temporary cards, gift cards and reloadable cards. Cash deposits must be collected on the check out day or deposit is forfeited. Ontario Airport Inn reserves the right to perform a lock out if a balance is owed. Guest agrees to resolve any dispute of payment or charges directly with Ontario Airport Inn, creating a dispute resulting in a chargeback will incur a $100 fee on top of the disputed amount. Only fully registered guests can make payments related to the stay.
Guarantee Policy: All reservations made through this web site, on the phone, or any future reservations, must be guaranteed with a major credit card not a prepaid or reloadable card. Late arrivals (after 6:00pm pacific time) will require a charge of the first night (room and tax) to the credit card provided. Only room type is guaranteed, we do not guarantee room numbers or room location, any request is subject to availability and in some cases a fee applies.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours or according to the cancellation policy of your room type before arrival date to avoid a one nights room and tax penalty charge. Same day reservations are noncancelable and all same day cancellations incurr a late cancellation fee. A non-cancelled reservation will result in a charge of the full stay room and tax as a noncancelable fee to the credit card provided, cardholder is responsible for any fees resulting from these charges and waives the right to dispute the charges incurred by the agreement to a cancellation policy. Non-refundable reservations can be charged at any time for the full amount of the reservation.
Accessibility: At Ontario Airport Inn, we are committed to a great experience for all of our guests. That is why we work hard on our hotel to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Additionally, property's staff is trained to accommodate guests, including those with special needs, to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone. We understand that individuals with varying disabilities may seek information on our Digital Platforms, and it is our goal to provide such individuals access to the content, features and functionality available through our website. With the above in mind, we have taken a number of steps to make our Digital Platforms accessible. In addition, we will continue to implement commercially reasonable changes to improve accessibility to the content, features and functionality of our Digital Platforms. We will make reasonable efforts to address the problem, which may include providing you an alternative method(s) for obtaining the content, accessing the functionality or features, and/or fulfilling your request. Accessible rooms are held until all rooms of that type are reserved or until requested for a reservation, once a reservation is made the room is removed from availability on all platforms to guarantee the reservation. Accessible rooms are subject to availability due to extenuating circumstances just like any other room type.
No Visitor Policy: Standard Rates are for two adults and one child under twelve years old. Only registered guests are permitted on the property and in guestrooms, extra people in the rooms will incur charges per person per day up to the room capacity only. Regardless of billing or master account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. As a notice to the registrant, guest(s) or any person(s) affiliated with the guest(s) shall not engage in any illegal activity or disruptive behavior, a single violation shall result in immediate lockout/eviction with no refund.
Parking: All vehicles in the property must be registered or will be towed away at the vehicle owner's expense. No parking available for full semi truck with trailer, only the tractor or a truck with a small trailer can park in the designated truck/large vehicle parking on the north-west of the property, space is limited. Only commercial vehicles are allowed to park in the truck/large vehicle parking, small personal vehicles parked in the truck/large vehicle parking will be towed away at the vehicle owner’s expense. Park and Fly vehicles must park in the designated area on the East parking lot, vehicles can be parked up to 30 days in the park and fly area with a paid night and not in the general parking areas. Vehicles parked in the general parking areas are only allowed during your stay or if you are currently conducting buissiness with Ontario Airport Inn. All vehicles must be current and in running condition, no vehicle repair or maintenance is permitted on premises. Ontario Airport inn does not assume responsibility for damage to a vehicle, theft of the vehicle, or loss of personal articles from the vehicle. Any vehicle in viloation of Ontario Airport Inn's policies will be towed away at the owners expence and/or can incur a $100 daily fee, this includes vehicles of guests that are no longer welcome on premises.
